7' x 7' portable office/gate house.This is brand new and unused but is not anti vandal. The unit is fitted with a single personnel door and 2 windows. If it was to be used as a gate house, the second window has 2 slide opening sections which makes it ideal for customer interaction.
There are some very basic electrics fitted consisting of a bulk head light and socket. This is a European build so is fitted with a 2 pin plug which would require an EU/UK adapter.
