Its cylindrical hopper slices long vegetables like courgettes, carrots and cucumbers with ease, while its exactitube pusher is great for slicing small-size ingredients including chillis, spring onions, bananas, strawberries and grapes.

Driven by a high-performance 550W induction motor, the Robot Coupe CL50 vegetable preparation machine is able to process up to 250kg of produce per hour. This makes it ideal for completing food prep, ready for busy services. Plus, its single-speed functionality makes the machine easy to operate, without having to change any settings.
